anw, here's the update of the class chalet.

ok... this is what i got work out...
unless if have 30 ppl going then i will be ordering catering cause most of them have a min of 30 ppl for the food.

chicken wings= those tray kind one is 5 for approx. $3
1 big 2 kg packet for $7.95
Margarine= $3.30 (the chilled kind)
$2.20 (not chilled kind. smaller one.) [ i dun think we need so much]
chilli sauce(if majority want) = around $1.60 [if less than half ones, i will ask someone to bring your his own sauce]
BBQ sauce= $ 3.32 [unless someone's parents knows how to marinate the chicken, or i will be using this]
Vermicelli (bee hoon)= approx. $2 for 300g
Syrup= $4.50 for 2.4 [need a big container to store the juice unless you all willing to split and bring the 1.5 litre bottle of soft drinks]
Ice= $2.35 for 2.5 kg
Sausage= 10 for $1.55
Tongs= $1.30 [inform me if you have]
Satay= 20 stks for $7.08 [inform me if you know where to get those cater one. these are from NTUC]
Satay Stks (for chicken wing etc.)= $2.20 [inform me if you have at home]
Plastic plates= 10 for $2.80 [plastic will be preferred as the food is oily. if have plastic or paper ones pls inform me]
Forks and Spoon= $1.10 each [inform me if you have]
Cups= 40 for $1.90[inform me if you have]
Foil 2.5SQ.FT= $1.65 [inform me if you have]
Aluminium Tray= $1 w/o cover [inform me if you have]
Charcoal= 4kg for $5.50 [inform me if you have]
Charcoal tongs (flat kind)= $1.95 [inform me if you have]
Fire starter= 40 pcs= $1.40 [inform me if you have]
Brush= $1.50 [inform me if you have]
Otah (Fairprice)= 12 stks for $3.50

inform me if you have any of the above...
if you have and dun want to provide us with it, you will have to pay more money as this will be charge like this:(booking fee+total food price) divide by the number of ppl going= the price you need to pay
if everyone contribute something, the price will be reduced.

ALL the prices stated above are found in NTUC.
*note to all committe members, we may need to go other supermarkets such as cold storage, carefour etc.
