haiz, remember to go rest ur eyes after half an hour of using come ar, and a special tip, wash ur face after every hour and then rest for 5 min can let ur eyes see better. the adults every time say ' go rest ur eyes la, ltr spoil ar' but wats done cannot be turn back. so now if u'r wearing spec, look at green plants more often. i know la, u'r will say no time la, so mau hun.
but u can do so when u'r taking bus or when u'r waiting for smth, u have to wait so y not use the time to look at the plants around u? then this remine me of smth mr wong say ' use the time to study, when u are waiting for a bus at the bus stop, take a book out and read, dun wast time. then when he said tt i was thinking ltr the bus come miss how ar? hehe, okok
